What is Techne?

Techne refers to craft or art, a knowledge of principles grounded by practice and application. Ideas can be incredibly valuable, but lose most of their worth if they cannot be realized. 

Ideas shouldn’t be limited to theory. We believe they should be deployed and utilized in the world, so much so that we decided to name our company after the concept.

People

People are the source of ingenuity and creativity. People compose every team, conceive of every idea, design every piece of hardware, and write every piece of code. If the right people are not in the right positions, your team is already at a disadvantage. People are not simply a title or label, interchangeable with anyone holding that same title.

Many companies talk about discriminating technology(things) that allows them to occupy a certain position within a market or industry. Few companies go beyond paying lip service to discriminating people or ideas.

Things
